I first started playing cricket when I was ten years old when one of my neighbours roped me into going to Skelmersdale cricket club for a trial and from the second I picked up a bat, I fell in love with the sport and wanted to play all day and all night. My parents immediately signed me up when they saw how my face lit up when playing and I started working as hard as I could to get better.

My favourite aspect of cricket is bowling. I love the feeling of bowling a great ball and watching it knock over the wickets and the thrill of tricking a batter with a different ball is unbeatable. I love working hard to bring my team to victory and celebrating our successes and achievements.
