My first game was when I was about 10 years old, away against Longridge. My brother’s team needed an extra player, so I was roped in on the day, despite wearing a dress! It was obviously a good decision because we went on to win the match!
I am in my sixth year of playing cricket and have represented my school and district at U11s and U13s as a right-handed batter and bowler.
The initial reason for beginning as a cricketer in 2018, was really to be an awesome mum! My two sons played, and I wanted to be able to play with them.
